Return Policy

  • Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: Applicable only for damaged or defective items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof: Photo or video evidence of damage is required for approval.

Exchange & Replacement

  • Once approved, replacements/exchange  are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • the replacement / exchange will be  delivered within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refund Process

  1. Approval: Processed within 3–5 business days of return verification.

  2. Credit: Funds will appear in your original payment mode within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
